At Abundance Property Services Pty Ltd, the team have over 35 years of combined experience in asset management for large not-for-profits, including The Salvation Army, Catholic Diocese, and Baptist Care. We have managed multiple sites across 3 States and in PNG. This experience included schools, aged care, residential, commercial, industrial and large complex sites through a total asset life cycle from concept, construction, commissioning, operations and replacement of assets.

Rohan holds 25 years’ experience in the building, construction and facilities management industries including leading, reporting, budgeting, estimating, and feasibilities for property and capital projects. He has also held Executive Management and Senior Leadership roles for substantial not-for-profits with project development portfolios in excess of $150 million per annum and property portfolios under management of over $3 billion.

Rohan has been responsible for substantial property developments & sub-divisions, refurbishment, project management (both construction and operational) in aged care, commercial, residential, industrial and property management including leasing, maintenance for not-for-profits such as The Salvation Army and Baptist Care (formally known as Baptist Community Services).

Rohan is an innovative thinker that is always looking for better and more efficient methods of design and construction that lowers the build cost whilst maintaining and producing a high-level quality product. Experienced in planning and development for not for profits, he has found innovative methods to build affordable housing with best practice methods to create sustainable growth models to ensure profitability and viability into the future.

Rohan holds a Clerk of Works in construction, small business management and Six Sigma Green belt in project management and has a Trade Certificate in Bricklaying. He was previously a member of the Technical Committee for the Housing Industry Association (HIA).
